As far as the public space is concerned special importance has been given to public spaces that mark the "grey" areas and are selected to be placed in transitional areas between the private and the public area. Such public areas are gyms, gardens elevated to the 3rd level, a study room. Eminently public areas are offices, cafes, restaurants, cycling equipment shops, showrooms, dance halls and experimental scenes. The access to all of these areas is a central staircase initially and then through the glass bridge which morphologically appears to be the part of the public area. Morphologically, the placement of the public section which is parallel to Platonos street has been chosen , where an original entrance to the block was found. In the middle of the square there is a free space planted with trees which effectively defuse the rich passage deriving from Borel. Finally within the openings, for public spaces there are  large openings while for private ones slit. This option enhances the morphological differentiation between private and public that already exists with the selection of low value for large public and private spaces
